How to Return?
For UK customers who wish to return please create your free shipping label here with Royal Mail and follow the instructions or contact email@example.com. No printer? No problem. Follow the same process but take your scannable Royal Mail QR code to your local post office where the label will be printed for you.
International returns are covered by the customer, unless agreed otherwise with customer services.
The enclosed returns form must be completed with the appropriate information to enable the return to processed.
Christmas Return Guidelines
Any unwanted items ordered between 1st November - 25th December will have until the 20th January to be returned.
Unwanted items must be returned in the original unworn, unwashed condition.
Unwanted items must be returned with all tickets, labels, hygiene stickers and tags still attached.
All returned goods will be processed by us upon arrival; we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the guidelines are not met.
We advise customers obtain proof of postage, just in case the return gets lost in transit. Returns that cannot be tracked may not be processed.
Refunds will be in accordance with the price the customer initially paid.
For all UK orders placed between 1st November - 25th December will have until the 20th January to be exchanged. Customers can choose to exchange items for a different size or colour of the same style.
If a different style is required, customers must send the original item back for a refund and place a new order as desired.
In the rare occasion the colour or size of the style ordered is unavailable, we will offer you a relevant alternative or a refund.
