1. The promotion closes at 23:59 on 3 June 2022.
2. The prize is a 7-night self-catering stay for 4 at Villa Alina in Mallorca including a welcome hamper on arrival.
3. The Chelsea Peers £400 gift voucher will be sent via email within 1 week of the winner being notified. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from that date.
4. The prize includes return economy flights for four (one checked bag) with a maximum cost of £200 per person. 
5. Return flights are from London, flight routings will be determined by the prize provider, Oliver’s Travels and may be indirect.
6. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 25+ excluding employees of the Promoters (Chelsea Peers NYC and Oliver’s Travels), their families and all those professionally associated with this promotion.
7. One entry per person, winner will be selected at random and contacted by their entry email within 7 days of the competition close date. They will have 7 days to respond and accept the prize, after which time the winner will be redrawn.
8. The villa should be booked at least six weeks in advance of the preferred departure date.
9. The winner may invite up to 2 more guests (maximum group of 6) however they will need to fund their own travel expenses.
10. The villa operates on a Saturday changeover and dates are subject to availability.
11. The winner will need to provide credit card details before the stay, which will be a pre-authorisation with no charge subject to a damage inspection on departure.

14. Guests must take out their own travel insurance.
15. The prize excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
16. The prize and its components are non-transferable, and no cash alternative or other substitute is available.
17. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the villa is no longer available with Oliver’s Travels a replacement villa will be provided of equal or greater value.
